OK Go is one of my favorite bands. They initially captured my heart long ago with this video in which they dance to their song A Million Ways in someone's backyard. If you haven't watched it, follow the link.

Well, good news, friends. They added a new video to YouTube.com a couple days ago. This time, they dance to their song Here It Goes Again. On treadmills. Eight treadmills. It is great.

Lavar always told us at the end of Reading Rainbow: "But you don't have to take MY word for it."
